    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-29-75 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION SHALL DEVELOP A COURSE IN PARENTING WHICH EACH HIGH SCHOOL OF THIS STATE SHALL TEACH TO ALL STUDENTS BEGINNING WITH THE 1995-96 SCHOOL YEAR.
