    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-3-1150 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO FREE VEHICULAR REGISTRATION FOR FORMER PRISONERS OF WAR, TO PROVIDE THAT THE SECTION APPLIES TO ALL FORMER PRISONERS OF WAR; AND TO AMEND SECTION 12-37-220(B)(29), RELATING TO GENERAL PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTIONS, TO PROVIDE THAT THE PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION FOR VEHICLES THAT IS AFFORDED TO FORMER PRISONERS OF WAR APPLIES TO ALL FORMER PRISONERS OF WAR.
