    A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION TO REQUEST THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION NAME THE PORTION OF SOUTH CAROLINA HIGHWAY 41 IN CHARLESTON COUNTY FROM ITS INTERSECTION WITH UNITED STATES HIGHWAY 17 TO THE CHARLESTON/BERKELEY COUNTY LINE THE "MAJOR GENERAL ABRAHAM J. TURNER HIGHWAY" AND ERECT APPROPRIATE MARKERS OR SIGNS ALONG THIS PORTION OF HIGHWAY THAT CONTAIN THE WORDS "MAJOR GENERAL ABRAHAM J. TURNER HIGHWAY".
