    A Bill to amend Act 269 of 1989, as amended, relating to annual budgets and school taxes for the Anderson County School Districts, so as to provide that the tax millage must be set by the Anderson County Board of Education based on the certified assessment values provided to the Board by the Anderson County Auditor, to delete references to other dates by which millage must be set, and provide that the millage must be set in a timely manner and to correct an obsolete reference.
