A Bill to amend Section 15-78-60, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to exemptions to tort liability for governmental entities, so as to provide that a governmental entity is not liable for a loss resulting from maintenance, security, or supervision of a natural resource attraction unless the occurrence resulting in the loss affirmatively is cause by a negligent act of a governmental entity or its employee.
