    A Bill to amend Section 50-17-1040, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to fishing with anchor nets or seines in Game Zone 7, so as to change the zone designation to Game Zone 9; and to amend Section 50-13-730, relating to the use of nets to catch nongame fish in Game Zone 9, so as to extend the date for the closing of the open season for the taking of herring from March twentieth to March thirty-first; and to amend Section 15-13-940, relating to gill nets, so as to add March to the months during which they may be used.-at
