    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-3-1150 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO FREE VEHICULAR REGISTRATION FOR FORMER PRISONERS OF WAR, TO PROVIDE THAT THE PROVISION APPLIES TO ALL FORMER PRISONERS OF WAR; AND TO AMEND SECTION 12-37-220(B)(29) OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO GENERAL PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTIONS, TO PROVIDE THAT THE PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION FOR VEHICLES OWNED OR LEASED BY FORMER PRISONERS OF WAR APPLIES TO ALL FORMER PRISONERS OF WAR.
