A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 14-1-213 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT AN ADDITIONAL TWENTY-FIVE DOLLAR FINE MUST BE IMPOSED ON A PERSON WHO COMMITS CERTAIN TRAFFIC OFFENSES, AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE FINE.
