    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 50-9-520, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO LIFETIME COMBINATION LICENSES FOR HUNTING AND FISHING AND FEES, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE LIFETIME COMBINATION LICENSE GRANT THE SAME PRIVILEGES AS A STATEWIDE COMBINATION LICENSE AND ALL OTHER STATE LICENSES FOR FISHING, SHELLFISHING, AND HUNTING.
