    A Bill to amend Section 42-9-10, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the definition of total disability for purposes of Workers' Compensation and the five hundred week limitation of benefits therefor, so as to provide that such limitation does not apply to paraplegics, quadraplegics, or persons with severe brain damage and that injured employees in those categories shall receive lifetime benefits.
