    A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 38-71-42 SO AS TO REQUIRE HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS, INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP HEALTH INSURANCE POLICIES, AND INSURANCE CONTRACTS TO PROVIDE COVERAGE FOR CERTAIN TESTS FOR THE EARLY DETECTION OF CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE; AND BY AMENDING SECTION 1-11-710, RELATING TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEE BENEFIT AUTHORITY'S DUTY SO AS TO REQUIRE COVERAGE OF CERTAIN TESTS FOR THE EARLY DETECTION OF CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE.
