    A Bill to amend Section 7-25-50, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to bribery at elections so as to provide that it is a felony in any election to pay, offer to pay, or accept payment of money or other article of value for voting, and to provide penalties for violations; to amend Section 16-1-10, as amended, relating to crimes classified as felonies so as to include a violation of Section 7-25-50; and to repeal Section 7-25-60 relating to procuring or offering to procure votes by bribery.
