    A Bill to amend Section 20-7-650, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the duties of local child protective agencies, so as to require the agency to provide, direct, or coordinate the appropriate and timely delivery of services to children born of incarcerated mothers where no provision has been made for placement of the child outside of the prison setting and provide that referral of these cases to the appropriate local child protective services agency is the responsibility of the agency or institution with custody of the mother.-amended title
