    A Bill to amend Chapter 11, Title 9, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the South Carolina Police Officers Retirement System, by adding Section 9-11-55 so as to provide that members of this System are entitled to credit for prior service to the State of South Carolina in the same manner and under the same terms and conditions that members of the South Carolina Retirement System are entitled to credit for the same type of prior service under that retirement system.
