    A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 77, TITLE 38 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO RESTRICTIONS ON AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE POLICIES ISSUED OR DELIVERED IN THIS STATE, BY ADDING SECTION 38-77-127 TO PROHIBIT INDIVIDUALIZED, ELECTRONIC MONITORING OF DRIVING HABITS FOR THE PURPOSE OF TRANSMITTING USAGE-BASED DATA OF INSURED DRIVERS OF THIS STATE TO AUTOMOBILE INSURERS.
