    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 12-35-1121 so as to define "wholesaler" for the purposes of certain sales of television cable, cable television service, or cable service with respect to the circumstances under which the license and the sales or use tax of Chapter 35 of Title 12 is not to be imposed.
