    A Bill to amend Section 1-13-40, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the South Carolina Human Affairs Commission, so as to reduce the membership from nineteen to seventeen members, to alter the representation of the membership, and to require the Governor to appoint an at large member as chairman.
