H 2377 General Bill, By J.D. Bradley
    A Bill to amend Chapter 1 of Title 15, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to civil actions by adding Section 15-1-325 so as to provide that an insured who is sued in connection with an occurrence covered by his insurance policy in which the insurer has an obligation to defend may select the attorney to defend the action, and to provide that the attorney must be compensated by the insurer at his standard rates.
