    A Bill to amend Section 56-5-5015, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the requirement that transparent glass be used in new motor vehicles, so as to require the owner of any vehicle with glass installed which is transparent from only one side to stop and immediately roll down the front windows when apprehended by a Highway Patrolman or other commissioned law enforcement officer, to provide that the provisions shall not apply to motor vehicles equipped with standard or optional legal windshield or window equipment when sold new, and to provide penalties for violations.-at
