    A Bill to amend Section 12-37-220, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to classes of property exempt from ad valorem taxation, so as to include certain travel trailers, and provide that no travel trailer is subject to the ad valorem tax imposed by Chapter 37 of Title 12 in more than one county of the State under certain conditions.
