    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-3-9600, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE "NO MORE HOMELESS PETS" SPECIAL LICENSE PLATES, SO AS TO DELETE THE TERM "STATE VETERINARIAN" AND REPLACE IT WITH THE TERM "SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE".
