    A Bill to amend Section 58-23-50, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to motor vehicles which are exempt from Public Service Commission regulations, so as to exempt single-source lessors of vehicles and drivers who lease the motor vehicles and drivers to uncertificated motor vehicle carriers that conduct transportation of property (other than used household goods) in furtherance of and within the scope of their nontransportation primary enterprises subject to certain conditions and to eliminate wreckers from the exemption.-amended title
