A Bill to amend Section 7-3-60, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the requirement that the clerks of court and magistrates annually furnish to the exective director of the State Election Commission a list of persons convicted of certain offenses, so as to delete the specific enumeration of these offenses and instead provide that the list shall contain information regarding persons convicted of felonies or crimes against the election laws, and to also require the report to contain the month of conviction.
