    A Bill to amend Section 50-13-1135, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to devices and the number of them which may be used for noncommercial fishing before a freshwater commercial fishing license is required, so as to allow the use of one gill net thirty yards to two hundred yards in length, or five gill nets, none of which exceed thirty yards in length by a person without a freshwater commercial fishing license.
