A Bill to amend Section 34-11-70, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to prima facie evidence of fraudulent intent in drawing and uttering bad checks, so as to decrease from fifteen to ten days the waiting period between the notice of the bad check and the start of the collection procedure and provide that the ten-day waiting period does not apply if the drawee reports to the payee that the maker or drawer had no account or the account had been closed.
