H 2613 General Bill, By J.E. Lockemy
    A Bill to amend Article 27, Chapter 17, Title 58, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the safety and notice of accidents involving a railroad company, by adding Section 58-17-3335 so as to require a railroad company to provide notice of any hazardous substance with which an employee could come in contact when he is required to work at the site of a railroad accident.
