H 2657 General Bill, By D.O. Hawkins
    A Bill to amend Section 34-11-60, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the drawing and uttering of fraudulent checks for the purpose of obtaining money, services, credit, or property, so as to provide that the satisfaction or attempted satisfaction, in full or part, of any debt or obligation, existing or preexisting, also constitutes "credit" within the meaning of this Section.
