    A Bill to amend Section 50-13-735, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the taking of gizzard shad, threadfin shad, and herring in the Santee River and its tributaries in Game Zone No. 9 and Berkeley County so as to change the open season from February fifteenth to April first to from February fifteenth to May first and to amend Section 50-13-1170, so as to provide that nongame fish caught in licensed shad nets lawfully fished during the open season for taking shad may be kept by the fisherman.-amended title
