H 2683 General Bill, By Fair
    A Bill to amend Section 23-35-120, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the unlawful sale or discharge of fireworks, so as to provide that it is unlawful to explode or ignite fireworks in any area of this State within a county or municipality that is zoned for single family residential purposes only, and to provide that it is also unlawful to explode or ignite fireworks in any area of this State which the State Forestry Commission determines to be unsafe for fireworks use due to drought or other dangerous conditions.
