    A Bill to amend Chapter 5, Title 30, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to public records and recordings generally by adding Section 30-5-37 so as to provide for the filing of liens created pursuant to Section 107(f)(3) of Title 1 of the Federal Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986 in the county in which the real property subject to the lien is located.
