    A Bill to amend Section 24-15-380, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to conditions and restrictions of conditional releases of juveniles in the custody of the Department of Youth Services, so as to provide that the Board of Juvenile Placement and Aftercare may require participation in work and community service programs and restitution as a condition of conditional release and to change the termination date for a conditional release from custody for juveniles from seventeen to eighteen.-at
