    A Bill to amend Chapter 121, Title 59, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the Citadel, by adding Section 59-121-100 so as to provide that the rank of General bestowed upon any member of the South Carolina Unorganized Militia at the Citadel after December 31, 1978, must be approved by Act or Joint Resolution of the General Assembly.
