    A Bill to amend Section 50-1-136, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to conspiracy to violate the wildlife conservation laws of the State (Title 50), so as to provide a specific penalty for conviction of a violation of a fine of not more than five thousand dollars or imprisonment for not more than one year, or both.
