A Bill to amend Section 12-37-220, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to classes of property exempt from ad valorem taxation, so as to provide that, for tax years beginning after December 31, 1987, every boat seven years of age and older, fifteen feet in length and smaller, designed to carry no more than two persons, and powered by a motor of twenty horsepower or less is exempt from that taxation.
