    A Bill to amend Section 61-3-20, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to definitions for purposes of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, so as to define "cooler beverages"; to amend Section 61-9-10, relating to beverages declared nonalcoholic and nonintoxicating, so as to include "cooler beverages" therein; and to amend Section 12-21-1010, relating to definitions for purposes of beer and wine license taxes, so as to include "cooler beverages" within the definition of wine.
