    A Bill to amend Section 7-13-1110, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to counting ballots and declaring results in elections, so as to provide that at the completion of the vote counting a duplicate of the results must be posted in a conspicuous site at the polling place except in counties using vote recorders.
