    A Joint Resolution to create the Boating Access Improvement Fund, to provide a source of funding, and to provide for the administration of the Fund; and to increase the boat registration fee required by Section 50-21-340 of the 1976 code from ten to thirty-five dollars for the period July 1, 1995, to June 30, 2001, only, with the additional fee revenues to be deposited in the Boating Access Improvement Fund.
