S 0301 General Bill, By Leventis and Land
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 44-56-185 so as to require any owner or operator of a hazardous waste facility whose permit to close is approved by the Department of Health and Environmental Control to continue post-closure care for a minimum of one hundred years from the date of closeout and to require the financial assurance requirements of closure during the post-closure period.
