    A Bill to amend Section 44-56-160, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the Hazardous Waste Contingency Fund, so as to increase the Fund created for permitted sites from an amount equal to one dollar a ton for hazardous waste to three dollars for the purpose of being returned to the governing body of a county with a disposal facility.
