A Bill to amend Section 20-7-1360, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to family court judges, so as to provide that the Chief Family Court Judge of each circuit must be one of the resident judges of that circuit, and to amend the 1976 Code by adding Section 20-7-1445, so as to provide that all orders in the family court must be written by the judge signing the order.
