    A Bill to amend Title 44, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to health by adding Chapter 84 so as to provide for a patient's right of access to his medical records, to medical information regarding him and his treatment, and to information regarding health care practitioners providing services to him, and to provide penalties for certain violations.
