    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-10-225, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO A MOTOR VEHICLE OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO MAINTAIN PROOF OF INSURANCE AND FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY IN HIS MOTOR VEHICLE, SO AS TO DELETE THE REQUIREMENT THAT THE OWNER OF A MOTOR VEHICLE MUST MAINTAIN PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY IN HIS MOTOR VEHICLE, AND TO PROVIDE THAT PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY MAY BE DISPLAYED ON AN ELECTRONIC DEVICE.
