H 3042 General Bill, By F.L. Day, Fair, T.A. Limehouse and Russell
    A Bill to amend Article 3 of Chapter 13 of Title 7, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to ballots for general and special elections, by adding Section 7-13-455, and to amend Article 5 of Chapter 13 of Title 7, as amended, by adding Section 7-13-625 so as to provide for the respective county election commissions to approve the format for all primary, general, and special election ballots, except congressional and presidential election ballots, which must be approved by the State Election Commission and to require the respective county election commissions to make sample ballots available for inspection by the public for elections in which paper ballots are used.
