    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 57-3-605 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A STATE ROAD, HIGHWAY, INTERSTATE HIGHWAY, BRIDGE, INTERCHANGE, OR INTERSECTION MAY NOT BE NAMED FOR A PERSON WHO HAS NOT BEEN DECEASED FOR AT LEAST TEN YEARS.
