    A Bill to amend Section 9-11-140, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the South Carolina Police Officers Retirement System, so as to delete the wording which refers to accidental death of an officer in the line of duty and insert wording which refers to an officer's death resulting from an injury caused by external accident or violence while undergoing a hazard peculiar to his employment.
