    A Joint Resolution permitting children eligible to attend school who reside in a defined area of Lexington County bordering the boundary line of Lexington County School Districts One and Three to attend school in either district for school year 1983-84 only, and to provide that the district in which a child attends school shall receive funds allocated pursuant to the Education Finance Act and to prohibit either district from requiring reimbursement for tuition for the children.
