A Bill to amend Section 38-55-200, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to a statement of charges and notice of hearing served by the Chief Insurance Commissioner on a person alleged to have committed an unfair or deceptive insurance trade practice, so as to require the Commissioner to act on complaints alleging the above within sixty days after receipt.
