    A Concurrent Resolution to express the appreciation of the General Assembly to Robert W. Smith of Anderson County for his many years of effective and devoted service as a member of the Anderson-Oconee-Pickens Technical Education and Training Commission and to name him Member Emeritus of the Commission and to wish him long years of health and happiness on the occasion of his retirement from the Commission.
