A Bill to amend Section 42-19-10, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to an employer's duty to keep records and file reports of injuries to employees under the Workers' Compensation Law so as to provide that these reports of injuries must be mailed to the carrier or third party administrator, if any, and then from the carrier or third party administrator to the Workers' Compensation Commission, to provide for certain penalties for failure to mail these reports in the manner required by this Section, and to provide that nothing contained in this Section prevents the Commission from promulgating its own regulations governing the procedures for the reporting of medical only claims.
