    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 23-3-462 SO AS TO PROVIDE THE PROCEDURE TO ALLOW CERTAIN REGISTERED JUVENILE SEX OFFENDERS' NAMES TO BE REMOVED FROM THE SEX OFFENDER REGISTRY, AND TO PROVIDE A PROCEDURE TO ALLOW CERTAIN JUVENILES WHO HAVE BEEN ADJUDICATED DELINQUENT BY THE FAMILY COURT FOR COMMITTING CERTAIN OFFENSES TO BE PLACED ON THE SEX OFFENDER REGISTRY.
